In The Shadow of No Towers

Reviewers of Art Spiegelman's new book In The Shadow of No Towers on Amazon complain of its thick, relatively few pages, its "Bush-bashing" (as though somehow criticizing the President were automatically a negative thing), and its general tendency to not be Maus. I found it to be really moving and beautifully rendered. You'll read through it in less than a half hour, but leave it on the coffee table--there's great stuff literally between the panels that's worth extra scrutiny.
